What do you reckon…well enough for Christmas eve??

My op is the 15th Dec. Will I be able to go out drinking for christmas eve. That gives me 9 days. Im praying I feel okay just thinking about staying away from the crowds on the dance floor – dont want to be pushed and shoved! Girls that have had their op would you say this is a no no so soon?xx

i was fine to go out hun just dont over do it the only issue you may have is what to wear as you still may find it difficult be able to lift your arms above your head, and you may be a little tired xx

I went out 7 days after my op. And i was very wary of gettin knocked and dint end up having the best time.

I also found it very difficult to find something nice to wear to as my arms wouldnt go up very high.

after 7 days u start to feel ok, but you may feel a bit tired still at 9 days, but you will be rate!! just get sum vodkas down ya!!

that will numb any pain ha ha!! just be careful from being knocked in the chest by beer monster men etc! XXXXXX

I think the tiredness I can definitely cure with alcohol, the knocks well im just going to have to be very careful. I didnt realise it was so impossible to lift your arms up? Thats going to be tricky! Thanks girls….so excited now xx

i hope so too abi, im getting done on 17th, not doing anything to exciting tho, just nights at the local till im fully recovered. i live in newcastle and bars are always to packed for a big night out on the town x
