Mines not great at all!

However, have heard from some girls on here that theirs are lovely and contact them all the time! x

initially good, she was lovely although post op i havent heard anything x

To be honest mine was fab till I sent the cheque in – the following day my last consultation was cancelled and made 2 days before my op!! I was so angry!, she didnt book my swobs in with the nurse, she doesnt return my calls, even now I have a strange feeling in one of my boobs and she hasnt got back to me! so fed up!x

Thanks girls for your responses….I’m doing a little bit of research as I am wanting to become a patient coordinator myself. I want to know what your expectations our and what service you’ve received so far.

what would you like from your pc: pre op, and post op? x

Mine has been great. There’s been a couple of times where i had to follow her up on things but I think she’s the only patient co-ordinater in glasgow so is mega busy! xx

Pre-op I had quite a lot of contact from my PC and day after op she called me to see how I got on, after that I haven’t heard anything at all from her, and I’m almost 4 weeks post op now. I did ring my pc last week with no answer and she’s not called me back.

I did read a post on here recently where another girl had the same pc as me and yet she had a call from this pc EVERY DAY post-op and she gave nothing but praise and thanks for the pc in a forum topic, which left me thinking, well why have I only had one call from my pc post-op and had no calls since? Why did this other girl have calls every day post op and I didn’t? I didn’t comment or say anything, and I understand PC’s are busy etc, but I don’t think all girls are treated the same post-op.

Having said that, being post op I’m more interested in having regular contact with my nurse, who has been fantastic.
