Hi hun. Because i had no breast tissue mine are still firm. Mr traynor says that because they damage ur muscle (only the first layer) the muscle cant be worked and therefore gets thinner and thinner :) therefore ya implant is the only thing u can feel. Which will feel how they feel out the body, maybe a bit tougher xxx

Mine feel really soft now at 8 weeks. They move and jiggle when i walk and i can squish them together easily. Can`t feel anything on the inside :D xx

They feel really hard and horrible at first and then soften and loosen up. I had inspira responsives, which is a less firm type of silicone (less so than soft touch) and at 6 weeks they feel AMAZING. I seriously can’t tell the difference between them and natural tissue-they’re soft, squishy, wobbly etc. I had partial unders so at the top where they’re under the muscle they are prob a little firmer than the equivalent natural size but no more than a nice firm pair-don’t think anyone would notice! They do feel a little firm at the top when I’m washing in the shower (under water) :S I don’t really know why but I’m still early on! Btw I had some tissue to begin with so the implants are covered more-where there was no tissue (i.e. where the shape of the implant is bigger than my existing tissue) they are a little firmer, as Fairyxx explains above. It depends on your existing tissue, skin thickness, size you go and implant type. Hope that helps! x
