Flat pillow for across your chest when going home with seatbelt to comfort new boobies, laptop/phone and camera xxxx

laxative (incase of constipation)

Dry Shampoo

Savalon wound spray

Deoderant

snacks and drinks

All optional though love

Ibuprofen hun, i been taking them ever since day two xxx

Crampy; you know you suggested ibuprofen is this ok to use after the operation because the boobie bible puts in under the “dont’s” just wanted to know for myself aswell x

Was you not given ibruprofen? I was given anitbiotics, and 2 types of painkillers by the hospital. One that contains paracetamol and co-codymal and one that contains ibuprofen xx

Also ayshababy hot water bottle! Crampy told me to get one and it has helped so much with sleeping upright because it helps the back ache you get xx
