what gives a better shape? under or over?

i’m booked in for a chat in the next 2 weeks but i just want opinions on if under the muscle is better then over, i’m aiming to be a 34dd, im currently a 34b, i dont want the big fake look, i just want to look natural, i was wanting the tear drop implants..can ladies who have had a op please give me some advice….

what surgeon are you booked in to see?

i had my op with Mr Kazazzi, i was a 34B and quite empty, i had 410’s under and over the muscle. i’m now wearing a 34/36 D sports bra and they dont look fake at all.

i dont have the big roundness at the top like some people get/want, mine look natural. xx

i had overs and they look very natural

I had unders with mr k – they are mega and very natural

I had overs with mr k.. 5 years ago and they look natural I think it depends on what size implants you have.. X the bigger you go the more fake they will look. I’m now booked it for 525cc overs..

hey I had Mr Kazzazi last wk and had no choice but to go for unders. He gave me the choice to go for 380 / 410 and i went with smaller size as didn’t want to go massive. Mine are still quite new and extremely hard. I’m beginning to wonder whether I will be able to push them together to get a clevage as at the moment it looks impossible!

Can you get a clevage with unders or are breasts to far apart??

i go and see my surgeon again tuesday as i want to go a little bigger than a e cup….with 525cc.. i have 270cc in now and after you have had them in for as long as i have they drop and look so natural and small…x

fingers crossed he will let me go a bit bigger..x
