What going on with the mya nurses?????

Had a phone call yesterday as am worried about one of my scars she said I will have a look for appointments an call u back nooo phonecall back. Left messages an still no call back god forbid I something terrible was up with me I would b mortified!!!! Xx

Seen loads of comments like this lately on here. It seems to me that the 24hour emergency service they have is near enough non exsistent? xx
