the forum is for help and advice- we have all been pre op and are a bit overwhelmed by what to have/types etc I joined the forum after xmas so I could clue myself up before the op [i’m about 11 weeks now post] and had some really lovely threads/posts of stuff I could research etc and the girls were lovely and helpful- lets also try keep random shite/bitching/slagging off the forum as newbies won’t find that helpful at all lol

I started the boobie bible for tips in a handy succinct thread so please add to it if we missed anything.
