Hiya, I had mine today in London you don’t need to take anything. The nurse asked some easy medical questions and I signed a form allowing them to contact my doctor, she then gave me information on the hospital, bras and recovery. She did height, weight, blood pressure and swabs for MRSA and took a sample of blood. I’m having a lift as well, I don’t think everyone has to give blood samples.
