What happens on arrival to hospital?

Just wondered if anyone could tell me what to expect on the day what does nurse check for etc before ur op and also anyone been to highgate and know cost or if there is parking as my friend is driving me so we wanna plan what to do with the car. x

i would like to know this aswell x
