Thanks Steff. I know, I can’t wait. I’m friends with another girl on here who is same day as us called Amy, her admission is 9am! I’ve got butterflies already. Have you packed a bag yet? I’ve got my sons bowling party on Monday night too!!! Xx

When I arrived I didn’t need any id, they check you in then take you through to your room where you chill out until the surgery.
Its good to take magazines/music etc to keep yourself entertained, and slippers because you have to walk around and the little booties they give you arent the best xx

Yeh don’t forget a dressing gown to hide your bum ha ha! Well when you get to the hospital they show you your room, then the nurse comes in with papers, then the onsite doctor, then the anaesthetist then the surgeon to draw on you usually that way round or whoevers not busy 1st haha! Then your all ready with your gown socks and slippers oh and lovely paper knickers ha ha ready to go! If you are wanting numbing cream make sure you say in advance as it needs time to work 🙂 I took my iPad and headphones and stuff! I wasn’t that nervous though was strange! As soon as I lay on the operating table though that was when I felt a lil nervous ha ha good luck girls you’ll do fine! Xxxx
