What happens on the day or surgery?

…as in, do you get shown to your room then fill in paper work. What medical examinations do you have and are you given a time of when your surgery will take place?

At what point do you get drawn on? just curious! 3 more sleeps!! whoop whoop. x

I filled out form and then went to room, nurse came and did another form, then you get pregnancy test to do yourself, and then the paper knickers, gown and stockings appear, surgeon comes and goes over form and takes pics and then you get collected and taken to theatre. I had 7.30 admission time but got there at 6.45 and shown to room, was seen pretty quickly and then went to surgery at 8.30, I never got given a specified time for the op tho. Good luck x
