what happens to your enlarged breasts when you reach 60/70/80??

Hi,

I’m 26 and seriously considering surgery. One of my concerns though is the fact that after about 10 years (or 20 years according to “MyBreast”) you need to have them replaced… now, I intend on living past 40 lol! So…. say I get my breasts done next year, at 27…. and say I go for the MyBreast company who reckon theirs last twice as long…. that means that I’ll be getting more surgery at 47, not so bad…. but they last 20 years, so what happens to me at 67?? surely I’d be too old to do it again then? Surely I can’t have another set put in? If I did, what happens then??

So what would happen to me long term? would I need to go in, in my 60’s to have what I’ve got removed and then end up with empty, flat bits of skin?! Or, do women that age actually get more implants put in?! What about women in their 70’s?!?

when i had my boobs done (im only 22 now) i got told that as i get older i will need to put some weight on because it will make my boobs look better but im pretty sure they were talking like… 40s maybe 30s or 50s.
to be honest i think by the time most people are 60/70 they lose interest a bit. but most people do put on weight at that age which will hide implants better if there is any hardening/problems.

also… i dont think mybreast use any type of special implants that last longer than normal ones.
you can keep your implants in for as long as they are not impairing your health. i think its just that most people change them because they want them bigger or smaller or whatever. but the longer you have them in, the more likely they are to go hard etc.

another point… by the time youre 30/35/40 maybe they will have improved implants so much that you dont need to get them changed?

well i was told by my german surgeon that implants last a life time, but i reckon by the age of 60, they,ll still be ok insude but maybe a little saggier, but alot better than natural granny boobies he he, urgh!! just think when we die when we are old, in our coffin will be bones and 2 implants ha ha!! soz for being so morbid ha ha XX

apparantly, wen we die we have our implants removed as we cant ge buried/cremated with them, i know thats proper morbid but my mate told me that the other day and it freaked me out, i hope thats not true! x

Hey, a relative of my boyfriends is about 70 and shes about to have another boob job. She looks good for her age though, thought she was only late 50’s when i met her, so she’s still wanting to to have them done even at her age. :o) xx
