What if?

I’m so scared to go ahead with the procedure. I really want it doing, I have for years. Ever since I lost weight and went from a 34DD to 34A/B. My boyfriend thinks my boobs look fine as they are (their small and slightly floppy/saggy) but he didn’t see them when I had DD so to me there horrendous!
I’m so scared to go ahead as all I can think of is what if?! What if I get double bubble? One stays hard and upright? They sag too low? What if they rupture? How will I afford to get them re-done?
I’m looking to see if anyone els can relate to how I’m feeling?

Hi Charlotte. I’m the same as you, been wanting mine done for years, I was an E cup but due to weight loss I’m now a very empty C/D. I miss having full boobs. I’ve finally saved the money and booked my consultation but now I’m worrying about everything. Things going wrong, what if they don’t look how I want them to and I’ve spent all that money.
I just keep reassuring myself that there’s a reason why I wanted them done in the first place. And going with a reputable company like MYA means the risks are extremely minimal. I’m going for my consultation next week and I’m sure that will help me calm down a bit. Think the excitements getting the better of me.
My advice would be to talk to your PC or your surgeon about any concerns you may have. Also, the ladies on this forum are incredible. They have first hand experience and are sooo helpful if you have any queries.

Worrying & being scared is TOTALLY normal. I was the exact same to the point I didn’t want to go through with it but was my only happiness to having my boobs back, I’m now 10 days post op & it’s the best decision I’ve ever made, I’m so happy I’ve finally got it done after a couple of years thinking about it! If you weren’t worried you wouldn’t be normal as my surgeon used to say to me. Like all surgery things can go wrong as expected & risks to it all but you lasses are in very safe hands, I had Mr Traynor & he has done a fantastic job & is amazing at his work! Think of why you want surgery in the first place & how happy it would make you feel? If you ain’t 100% sure carry on doing lots of research & meet different surgeons & speak to people who have had both sides of the coin x
