What impact sports bra do i need?

As above really!! Need a new sports bra for when i return to gym!I havent been measured yet but think im around a 32e. Ive seen a impact 3 sports bra for sale and im wondering if it will be enough support for me dont want to risk damaging my new boobies!! Any help would be great cos i dont have a clue! x

Think just a high impact or shock absorber, sounds silly but try them on and see if runnings ok in them I done that when I bought mine (not after boobs haven’t got them yet) just jogged/ run on the spot in the changing room.. So glad no one could see me! Hahaaha must have looked a right muppet! Hope that helps a tiny bit lol xx
