What implant will give the most upper pole fullness???

Would extra high profile give more fullness than just high profile? Having an uplift with 525 standard cui but now wondering what would actually get me the fullness that I want? Can any one help??? Xx

525’s with an uplift!!! jeeez I thought 410’s were the max you could have with an uplift due to the weight of the implant on your incisions and the increased risk of re-sagging??

You are best speaking to your surgeon hun, you can look at countless pics of ladies with similar stats but they don’t have your skin and breast tissue etc. Only your surgeon can advise. xxx

He’s more than happy to do 525 and uplift his first size offered was 460 lol. I think it depends what surgeon you go with as I know other surgeons will only do smaller implants. Just worried I won’t have enough fullness. Yeh think I’ll ring my pc and ask her advice! Just can’t wait for perky full round boobs lol xx

OMG 525’s with uplift? mine were 300 and I had to have em out babe make sure this is the best decision as I have now had to have 3 ops when it would have been better for me to have the uplift, heal, then have the implant s

Liza we were chatting either Friday or yesterday and yours look great and with the same surgeon as I’m having! I’m sure 525 will be fine with uplift or the surgeon wouldn’t have suggested it? I’m sure he wouldn’t risk giving me a bigger implant and not achieve great results? Xx

Extra full profiles in the inspira range will give you more projection than the cui high profiles. How big are you now and how full and/or fake looking do you want them? x

I’m a b/c now but very empty from losing 3 stone I was a full dd I don’t mind how fake they look to be honest! Want to look atleast dd again, fingers crossed! Think I’ll speak to my pc about upgrading then if they will give me more upper fullness xx

I’m having extra full projection with my uplift but having smaller implants. Mr Russo suggested these would be best to give me the fullness and projection without having to have higher cc’s and put the strain on the scars etc

Yeh seen princesskittys results and they are amazing! If mine turn out anywhere nears those I’ll be very happy! I’ve got my pre op Wednesday with nurse so hopefully I can speak to my pc aswel to discuss the difference in implants. Mr chantarasak suggested 525 cui for what I wanted so maybe I’m just worrying! I just want the best possible outcome seen as I’m saving my butt off and getting into debt for the op xx

For free 5stonedown. Having implant stitched up, some skin underneath removed n nips re done cos scarrings not too good n Bein made a bit smaller-they’ve stretched loads xxx

Amanda who did your op? My surgeon is mr chantarasak, his first suggestion was 460 but said no problem for 525 so I’m a little confused to why he would offer such a big implant if everyone on here thinks its a bad choice? Surely he wouldn’t suggest it if he didn’t think it was for the best? X

I was offered 340 max, I said i want them full and I want to go up a cup size and that my dream is to wear a backless dress (obviously without a bra) my surgeon never once said this wouldn’t be achievable UNTIL I went back after my op questioning why I can hol my effing iPhone with my under left breast after 5 months ( however I went back after 7 mnths)?!?! All I’ll say is bigger isn’t always better and don’t get caught up by the magic of it all and let your surgeon hurry you. We pay a lot of money, and it’s not just that it’s the possibilty of going through another op so soon after the last one! Time off work, no driving etc. just make sure you are 110% you’ll get the outcome you want, make sure you are very clear and make sure he/she tells you “yes that is achievable”. Xxx

I had Helena antoniadou, who is a brill surgeon, it’s nothing to do with her why they’re like this & need re-doing. Just one of those things. N the heavier the implant with an uplift,the heavier they drop, the more they sag. It’s a hell of a lot of money to pay to av em done again if they droop xxx

I’ve had an uplift with 415 natrelle 6 weeks ago …. The healing on the t section has been slow and still not completely there yet , I blooming hope they don’t sag !!! Mine were replacements I had a ba 9 years ago and was hoping that this would be the last time !!

I have to say my surgeon didn’t rush me at all! I said I wanted an uplift and to have bigger fuller breasts and his first size was 460 and I asked if he would go bigger and he said he was happy to go to 525? So surely if he thought this was too heavy for and uplift he wouldn’t be happy to do it? The reviews and comments I’ve read about mr chantarasak have been amazing! Maybe different surgeons have different opinions on sizes with uplifts??? X

Extra high profile will definately give you more upper pole fullness and a full round breast x
