reecare any cup size depends on the back size theres no exact sizes when i comes to boobs it all varies person to person, as laura kate says a 30A and 40A are totally diffrent, you back size is also relevent to your dress size, if your a big girl you gonna have big back size and if your a thin girl you gonna have a small back size xx

maybe go to marks and spencer and get measured and then see what they advise you on what kind of cup you are, e.g. full a, empty b etc. Your surgeon should be able to tell you though. I was told I was an empty b the split second i whipped my bra off. They know their stuff. Is that why you were asking? :
