What is an over or unders? Sorry if I sound stupid :)

Hi I read lots of girls saying overs or unders I’m having high profiles my surgeon never said anything about unders or overs x

Under the muscle or over the muscle hun xx

it means if the implant is plced over or partially under the pectorial muscle..unders give a more natural look and if ur really thin ontop sometimes better coz it hides implant more..less chance of rippling and seeing the edge of implant! but overs are less painfull and quicker reovery x

Mr singh never told me either but I’d found out on here before so I asked him he wouldn’t have told me otherwise. But your PC will know or be able to check hun xx

I had 525 high profile overs. I haven’t seen my scars yet I don’t get my dressings off until monday hun. Yeahh course add me xx
