Hey Hun, From what my surgeon told me I think it is where you have the implant ‘sub-muscular’ (unders) and your breast tissue sags (age, pregnancy, weightloss, etc) and your implant will stay in place under the muscle, which will cause ‘double bubble’ effect

Don’t quote me on that but hope it helps xxx

Thats more of a snoopy deformity luu, altho your right some surgeons tend to use the terms interchangebly. A double bubble is more of a case of the implant droppin below the natural crease below the boob and your boob then sits half on, half off the inplant, almost looks like u got four boobs if it happens bilateraly. Are u worried u may have it lisa?xx

Thanks girls! No I haven’t had op yet, I just read it as a disadvantage for unders. So is it not common? xx

It can be common in unders, id had my pips in for 4 n half years and had some degree off snoopy look on the right boob and less so on left by time of my reop seven wks ago, but then i shud have had overs in the first place as i had plenty of breast tissue. All depends on the state of your boobs to start xx

Mr traynor referred to that as ‘double bubble’ to me saying with unders it can look as though you have 2 boobs on each side.. One being the implant at the top and the other being your natural breast below the implant if your breast had sagged .. But with overs if your breast sag your implants go with them so it doesn’t cause the ‘double bubble’ effect. That’s what he said anyway lol xx
