what is double bubble??

ive been reading alot about double bubble, but what is this??
is it more common with unders or overs, or large implants?

Hiya Hun double bubble is when people have unders and some breast tissue the implant stays in place and breast tissue sags resulting in the apperance of double bubble if you do a search in google you will be able to see some pics this does not happen to everyone who has unders many people have them and are really happy x
