When your implants are put in they are squashed by your tight skin, tissue and/or your muscle. This constricts the implant and makes it site high and tight. As you skin relaxes the implant starts to settle, it will fall in to it’s natural pocket and it will also expand. IMagine you have a cotton ball in your hand and you squish it really tight, when you open your hand the cotton is a tight ball, it will slowly start to fluff out bac to it’s normal shape, this is what happens to your implants. x
