What is fluffing??

Hey girls! I see this term fluffing being used alot lately and just wanted to know what it means! I asked me nurse and she didnt seem to no what is ment either lol xxx

fluffing happens if u have under the muscle implants. unders sometimes look squashed to start with, when the muscle relaxes a few weeks after the opp it allows the implant to ‘fluff’ and get bigger x

Oh cool! Im having overs so guess this wont affect me lol xxx

lol i’m so glad i read this, all this time i thought mine would fluff too….i’m having overs lol

Some overs girls say theirs do fluff, at the end of the day the skin still has to stretch too!
