what is fluffing?

What is fluffing and when does it happen- my sports bra is getting tighter- I’m 12 days post op- maybe its all the biscuits and no excercise!

Hey again honey, fluffing is when all the swelling goes down and the implants settle into their pockets I think? Know how you feel, I’m 5 days post-op and my sports bra been getting slightly tighter too this last day or two, my bf going out to buy me a bigger size tomorrow. Try some gentle walking honey, it helps with the swelling too xxx
