What is rippling??

i have had i overs, but heard you can get rippling? what exacly is it?

hi i think i know as ive had 380c overs and when i touch them gently to feel round them you can sort of feel the ridges of the implant you cant see it but you can feel them hope it sort of helps xxxxx
