What is the diffrence between overs and unders?

Hi ladies, i know its over or under the muscle but just wondering, whats the diffrence appearance wise?

well i had unders, and mine seem more far apart, cant really get a cleavage unless im wearing a push up bra, and they look really fake. but there are lots of plus sides to having unders like less chance of rippling etc x
