I paid £3650 for closed rhino but I was a day case. It depends what u need. If it’s open rhino it’s more expensive. Septo rhinoplasty is even more expensive. X

I really want my nose doing but I’m terrified of the pain after! I want the tip doing & the bump gone! Gunna wait for my boobs to heal before i even think about it lol is it really painful though? I heard the bit where they pull those tampon looking things out is horrendous? X

iv had no pain atall its more like having a cold, really stuffy blocked up nose but your drugged up all the time on tablets you wouldnt even be able to feel anything if you did lol. once your off tho i found that iv had abit more pressure and throbbing but nothing bad atall! yeah they put them up there to soak up the bload i think and pull them out next morning the only way i can describe it is, its like pulling outa big bogey ha the same feeling no pain atall xx

I had open rhino with base reduction – it usually costs £4800, but in January they had a £300 off offer, so I booked it (with a £200 refundable deposit) and didn’t have the surgery until just 2 weeks ago. I think they prob do the January offer every year. They pulled something out of my nose but it didnt look like a tampon at all! x

Really sorry to make light of this but you have given me a really funny image of you all wandering around with tampons up your nostrils with little strings hanging down. Lol sorry I’m in a funny mood :-)

I had to have open septorhinoplasty because of an injury I had when I was younger I had a deviated septum, which required the septoplasty, andc the rhino to make it look how I wanted too. cuz its the most complicated its also the most expensive..set me back £5300 after a 300 quid discount. if u just need a bump shaving down its normally done as a closed rhino, they just do it up your nostrils, but anything to do with tip or septum etc its generally an open cuz they need the access.

ha ha the tampon… was just like some material in a fork shape up your nose, they grabbed it at the bottom and pulled, I commented at the time how it felt like she’d pulled out a big bogey, no pain was just a bit tickley!
