You should aim to get to a point where you are happy to stay that size. I lost 5 stone and dropped from a size 16 to a size 8 and my boobs vanished. I used to have a 40GG and now I have a very empty saggy 32D. My surgeon has said to me not to lose any more weight after or they will sag more and if I want to be slimmer (I dont) then I should lose all the weight before embarking on surgery. You dont want to pay all that money and then ruin your results.

From a practical position surgeons do not like performing surgery if you are obese or have a BMI > 30. This is because you size will put u at risk of problems such as blood clots and you are at higher risk of infection.
