What is tubular?

Seen this word a few times on forum and wondered what it actually means?? xx

its a breast deformity where they dont form properly, usually small, the breasts are wide apart, lack “normal” roundness, narrow at the top/chest wall, usually saggy even if the woman is young & has no children, enlarged sometimes puffy areola. i had it! xx
