What is you get a cold just after your Nose Job?

Ok, I know I’m probably worrying over nothing here but what happens if you just have your op then you come down with the flu or something, would there be any risk of it effecting the new nose or worse causing the stitches to become infected?

What is you need to sneeze alot? Would that damage it?

I’ve been wanting a new nose for ages but I can’t stop worrying about what might go wrong.

The nurse at MYA taught me how to sneeze so I don’t move my nose- looks pretty funny! I hadn’t asked or anything so it must be a common enough problem.xxxxx

Hi marshmalo. I had a nose job in april. U will be on anti biotics so it will be very unlikely u will get one. I was worries about sneezing cos I sneeze about 10 times everytime. But its nothing to worry bout. it doesn’t hurt and it won’t damage ur nose, its the bone that u have to be carefull with and sneezing has nothing to do with the bone just the muscles. U will probably think of something else little like this cos u do think of EVERYTHING. I punched my self in the face 2 days after surgery when I was asleep, it hurt like hell and I was like oh crap what have I done. But I had done nothing at all. And even now I catch it all the time. Its a lot more stable then what u think. Stop worrying about a little thing like sneezing. Maybe ur giving ur self excuses not to do it cos ur really scared?… I promise u won’t regret it!!! Url look bk and think why was I worried lol!!! xxxx

aww thanks Katieg, maybe I am just making exuses but you hear about all these horror stories online and tv, I watched “50 most shocking cosmetic surgerys” on channel 4 the other day and it was realy scary but most of the people went in for realy stupid proceedures.

I know I realy want the op I’m just gunna make sure I know all the facts
