What part of "please send a message first"

is so difficult to understand…come on ladies it’s only polite

I agree joanne. I’m feeling quite tight and uncomfortable, I need to go out and buy a 36 back sports bra as my 34 is really digging into me apart from that I’m feeling well thanks hun xx

same! and i find it weird when i get a friend request so click on their profile and theyve literally joined the forum a couple hours ago and have no other friends wtf!

You’re wasting your time, they won’t listen! Think some folk do it just to wind us up as I say “don’t add me without pm’ing me first” then 2 seconds later I have about 10 requests – REJECT button!!! x
