I just got some from ASDA, it cost about £6 and is fab for post op – dont want to go buying something really expensive as a month down the line it may not still fit you. ASDA post-op bras are really good value and if they dont fit in a few weeks time u havnt spent loads of money on them so dont begrudge throwing them out!! xx

For immediate post op I got mine from asda too, (also from a few other places, but ended up wearing only the asda ones). Def recommend them, like the comment above, only around £6 in white and black and fitted perfect. Also, for just after post op, when you can start wearing underwired bras again, but still want something comfty- La Senza do soft cotten bras. You get a two pack again in white & black. Just really simple, but still wear them now a year later! Good luck!

Tesco do a fab high/medium impact sports bra. So comfy and soft so won’t aggravate stitches. x
