my ops tomorrow at rochdale. should i wear pyjama/jogger type clothes to the hospital? are you completely naked when you’re operated on or do you have to bring clothes for after? any other advice? I feel like i’m forgetting something haha.
sorry if these sound like stupid questions!
xxx
U will have a sexy hospital gown to wear for the op 🙂
If u are staying overnight take something that’s open fronted as you may have drains.
If ur not staying you need either an open fronted top or a vest that you can climb into as u won’t be able to put ur hands above your head. Bottoms I wore leggings xxx
I had leggings and a very loose t shirt.
I didn’t bother with a bra before, take the sports bra you could be wearing afterwards, unless you are being bandaged.
Take slippers and a dressing gown for after the op.
Just wear home the stuff you wore in the morning it’s not worth messing around with extra clothes, pack as light as you can no make etc…. So clothes you are wearing maybe a new top knickers, sports bra, dressing gown n slippers 🙂
do you have to wear paper knickers whilst having the op lol ?
Mine had posh sort of see trough plastic knickers 🙂 like a shower cap 🙂
Hehe:-) don’t worry your going to be asleep 🙂
Maybe you’ll be lucky :-). Remember you will be to busy enjoying you lovely backless gown to worry 🙂
Nurse for some reason taped me into the back of the gown so got down to surgery and they were laughing pulling the tape off because of course they needed to take the gown down,
Did you realise the surgeon will probably get a pen and draw around your boobs first 🙂 I’ve still got dotted lines in my piccies….
great so eveyones going to see my mooy too lol , i assumed all the dots and line drawings were done b4 going down to surgery dont you have to wear tights aswell for dvp?
haha thannnks 🙂 also, i’ve been told not to eat 6 hours before, does this include drinks aswell? xxx
