Hi there, i can assure you, you will end up bigger than a d cup. For example of was a 34b and had uplift and 340cc implants, and i measured a 32e after my op. I now wear a 32f as they have grown a bit with putting a stone on.
You already have a bit of breast tissue being a c cup, so you will achieve a nice size. I know an e sounds massive, but it doesnt look as big as a natural e cup. Implants are more flatter and rounder and perter than naturals.
The size he has recommened for u is perfect, and will look really nice on your bodyframe, not too big and not too small. XX
