What size? 5'8 148lbs size 10

Hey ladies,

My op is in 19 days, and I want to start looking for some post op sports bras but have no idea what size I should be looking at (not interested in macom)

I’m having 350/375 overs mp but all I’ve been told is to buy up a band size? :/
