what size?

i have just had my 2nd child 5months ago and am not planning anymore children so now i am ready to take the step and have boob job i’ve wanted since i was 16! i am around a 34b although one is significantly smaller than the other (prob an a cup) and obviously have lost the shape since having 2 children. i am booked in for a consultation saturday but am wondering about what size to go for. i am usually a size 12 and am 5′ 4 tall. would love to see some before and after pics if anybody got any.

Hi there!! i have 2 children, my youngest is now 14 months old,. and i had my ba done last september.
Cos i have had two kids though, i had to have an uplift aswell, as my boobs had been stretched too much, leaving them emtpy and saggy, and my nipples in the wrong place.
I was a saggy 34b but now a pert 32e, they dont look massive though, they look a d cup in clothes. I am very happy with them.
I too wear a size 12, or 10 and i am 5 foot 5 half, i was offered 340cc,380cc & 410cc!! you will prob be offered the same,
