What size an shape inplants to go for??? op in 3 weeks!!

am a 34b/32 small c and want to b a dd dont know what size or shape to go for as want them big but not really fake looking, dont want the 2 football look with big gap in between can anyone advise plz.

hi i’m a small C cup and i’m having 400cc implants in 4 weeks (eeek!!) and i’m having them placed under the muscle to give a natural look x
