I am the same weight as you, and 5″6. I also thought I was a 34b but actually i was a 32b. Anyway, i had 380cc under muscle implants and went to a 32FF. I do not look that size however, i look about a D, which is what i asked for.
The best advice is to collect some pictures of breasts you like the shape and size of, especially if they are on women of similar stats to you. Try the rice test to get an idea of how big you would feel comfortable with, and try on some bras in sizes you like the look of. When you see your surgeon for the first time they will measure you, and go through the look you are wanting to achieve, then they will recommend the size/sizes they think will suit you. It isn’t as simple as saying “I want to be a D cup” (as most of us found!) because it rarely works out that you get the exact cup size you want. This is because implants are wider and sit differently to normal breasts. It will depend on your breast tissue, rib and chest measurements, and your overall body shape as to what will look right xx
