What size bra?

i got my ba on 12th May with Dr Adamo, and i am currently a 34 b, im having 380cc overs, just wondering what size sports bra i should buy to take with me??? please help xx

What I did was made ‘rice boobs’ in the implant size I was offered, put them in a non padded bra and measured myself! I measured 32D so bought that size sports bra and a 34D too. Had my BA with Mr Adamo yesterday and the 34D is more comfortable as my ribcage is a bit swollen plus the 32D was sore on my incisions. Did he not give you an idea of what size you will be at your consultation hun?

hi hun, he said it may take me to a d, maybe dd so i am a bit unsure, im sooo excited.

i would buy the d and the dd and definately go up a back size coz the bra digs in on your incisions x x

hi Dionne, i was also a 34b and had 380 overs, and at my pre-op the nurse advised me to get a 36dd sports bra.
I got 3 in the end so i would have a choice, 36d 36dd and 38d and it was the 36dd that fitted.
It is best to get a couple of sizes xx
