    @kellydee 5th of Feb babe! I’m currently a 32dd so will I have to order 34dd?? Xx

    Hun if your currently a 32dd and having implants you’ll need far bigger than 34dd. You may not fit in an m&s sports bra. Bras like Amazon yianna or Macom you go purely by back size as they have expanding cups. What size implant are you having?

    @darylnicole you’ll need a bigger cup size dependant in your implant size but I’d get a 32 and a 34 back, that’s what I did xx

    I was a 32AA and had 275CC HP unders and got a 32DD m&s one, I was advised to get the same back size as before my op and it worked out really well but I didn’t really have much swelling. Sorry can’t be of more help, I was a bit frantic about bra size before mine as well, maybe your nurse can advise you? xx

    I was a 34a and bought the 34e m&s bra. I had 450cc unders and I couldn’t get the bra on till swelling went down. Then when I did it was tight. I now measure 32FF im 9wpo and I put it on last week for the gym and literally burst the zip. I’d say with 400/425 you’ll end up around a G even if you are quite deflated DD now. I would honestly look at large Macom or medium/large yianna bra from Amazon. X
