What size implants can you have with an uplift??

My surgeon said 350 max but I want 410, my pc seems to think that it won’t be allowed & she can’t ask her as she’s away till the day of my op! I’m a dd now n she said 350 will make me a d which I don’t wanna be! help!!xxx

i didnt think there was a maximum size you could have it all depends on the amount of tissue you have so if you already have dd’s then you should be able to go bigger, maybe see another surgeon for second opinion x

Yep that’s what I thought! I’m booked in for my op on 26th sept but now I don’t know wats going to happen!xxx

I had an uplift with implants and negotiated up from 300cc to 435cc lol. Mr K said he definitely wouldnt do any bigger as the weight of the implant would potentially affect the healing but also increase the likely-hood of sagging again I didnt want to be any smaller than my normal size (DD) and wanted to be an E/F if possible. 435cc has given me about a FF/G cup (though I think I look about an F) and im 7 weeks post op. Hope this helps x

app you should only go up 2 cups sizes with an uplift for the reasons georgieb states above. If you think about it it’s a no brainer…you have an incision down the front of your breast and potentially another large one on the underside. Imagine if you stitched two pieces of fabric together then put a weight on top?

I’m 36E and having 340cc with a full uplift, should take me up 2 cup sizes. xxx

Thanks for that both of you. Yeah I understand all that, I’m just not happy with being the same size as I am now maybe a little smaller. My surgeon isn’t in now till the day of my op so I’m asking to see another surgeon. I don’t wanna be unhappy with the results after paying all that money. Once the implants r in they’re in n that’s that. I’ve seen loads on here with people being unhappy & I hate moaning n complaining, I jus don’t wanna b one of those girls.

I was trying to convince myself as well hun lol I want 410’s im 5ft11 and 12st ffs its not im a littlie there i’ve said it…. I WANT 410’s haha grrrr I got no chuffing chance. xxx

Yeah I want 410s. I’m a 36 dd now n an uplift without implants would take me to a b, so there’s plenty of skin there! N the bandages & bra keep everything held up don’t they? Wen n who’s doing yours?xxx

I didn’t really explain myself properly, I have a lot of breast tissue which is about a DD but wearing an E cup bra, filling the remainder with skin (lovely!!). Dr Traynor said 340’s should make me go up to a full E/F buy obviously can’t promise blah blah blah…id be happy with a DD as long as they are pert enough for me to wear my backless dress on my 30th in Dec. xxx
