what size of sports bra

will i need i am having 380 hp currently small 34b 😉

i would get a 34DD sports bra….get the 34 so its not too tight on the scars, and you’ll prob be a DD with 380’s..good luck hun xx

hi am really confused nurse told me i would need c/d bra most people have said dd this is the size i said i wanted to be now

are you having overs or unders hun? with overs you get the big boobies practically straight away, and i would def get a DD sports bra for that

if you’re having unders, your boobs will look squashed for a while till the muscle relaxes….i’d prob get a C or D sports bra for that

or you can do what i did lol!! i bought an E and an F bra, left tags on, and got my sister to take the E one back as i didnt need it….asda do a good one.its only

aw you’ll be fine hun….i’ve been thru it twice now lol!! get yourself a DD sports bra and see if you can find something to take your mind off smoking. i know its easy for me to say, but i’m sure you’ll do it. hasnt your PC any advice to help you? she must have come across this thousands of times. try to stay calm or you’ll be so stressed when you have your op…honestly, you’ll have maybe 4 days discomfort after wards, then you just have to take things steady for another week or 2…i’m sure you’ll be fine xxx

my nurse told me not 2 buy surports bras from shops and that there are new ones in which give u maxium surport from a company called malcom medical costing
