WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?!?

i’m currently a 34 A/B and i’m looking to go to a DD/E. im having the implant on top of the muscle and i’m looking to get the low profile implats as i’m looking for more of a clevage. i was looking at the 460 implants. is that the right size? please help. . . . xxx

I had 460 from a 32a 5 months ago, now measure 30f/32e butt look a dd, I jave pics if u wanna see xx

and i think the nearest size to that in low profile is 470cc? think lows and highs are slightly different x
