What size sports bra?

I’m a 34a/small deflated b at the moment & having 410 overs next week, I was hoping for a D. The nurse told me to buy a sports bra in a size bigger than I expect to be so does that mean 36e? 36dd?? Going to get them later & only just thought in not sure what size!!!!!!!!

I’d get a 36 e Hun. I’m a 34 n had to wear a 38 for a few days I was so bloated n huge!!!xxx
