What size sports bra do I get???

I’m 34 b/c now having uplift with 525 just wondering what size to get? Nurse suggested 34e as that’s what I’ve asked to be but I’ve noticed girls on here with smaller implants in that size sports bra? Planning on getting a macom and zip up sports bra from m&s xx

If your getting a Macom you should be fine then because they do small, medium etc. 34 is a medium I think. (just double check) …. Not sure about sizing in the other bras though love xx

i went from 32b with 410cc unders n bought a 34dd and a 34e sports bra, leaving the tags on so i can take one back if i dont wear it. only had them yesterday n dont need one untill the dressings are off next week xx

Thanks guys! That’s a good idea maybe I’ll buy a couple of sizes and take back what I don’t use! Macom idea is great thou as you only need to know back size as it has expandable cups x
