What size sports bra help pleaseee? 340/380 overs

Im a 30A now, wear a 30b or 32b. What size soprts bra should I b getting do you reckon??

I dont mind buying 2 sizes just dont know which sizes they should be!

Also just wana add that i usually wear a 32 back even though I should wear a 30…so should i get a 32 or 34 back spot bra to make room for swelling??

Please help, wana buy bras on fri and im rubbish at stuff like this

i was EXACT same..measure 30 but wear a 32 so i got a 34d for po (i had 365s) but ended up havin to get a 36 back bra aswell coz my ribs swelled up so much!and the 34 and my macom were agony So i had a 36c and a 34d …6wks po now and got measured as 30E or 32DD xxx

Hiya, the first thing I would recommend is to definately go up a back size. I went all the way up to a 36 back and Im still wearing these now (even though a 32 in normal bras). Sports bra’s tend to be alot tighter anyways.

I had 365cc from a b cup and my 36dd sports bras were perfect x

Ive been trying my rice boobs in a 34D and they fit well so sounsd right! Just didnt wana just go off that
