ops not till July but I’m trying to get organised! Currently AA/A cup, having 300cc overs. I’m wanting to get the m and s sports bras but don’t know what size I should get? C or D? I don’t really know what size I’m going to be! You’re suppose to size up for swelling aren’t you?
How can something simple be so confusing for me lol xx

Hi Megan, I’m the exactly the same. Getting 300cc overs from a 32a my pc told me to get one size bigger around the back so I’ll get a 34C I think xxx

I got a Macom as they should fit anything upto a H cup and you just choose the Band size which I went one bigger for swelling x

I can highly recommend the marks and spencer high impact sports bra with zip front! I was measured round under my existing boobs at 28 so they recommend 2 inches bigger…….32 for me. Then just had to have an idea of cup size. I’ve had 375cc high profile implants so thought a double D would suffice and it fits perfect, nice and comfy, slightly compressed which I find helps. (So initially I was a 32b roughly every 150cc is a cup size bigger)! Hope this helps x

I’ve just had my surgery today, I bought the Macom signature bra and at the moments it soo comfortable! You just buy your band size and it will fit whatever cup size. I plan to get the M&S one people speak about but going to wait until I have a better of size in a couple of days as they Are bought in cup sizes xx

Hi Megan, I had 350cc hp over yesterday from an A and am wearing a 34DD high impact m&s sports bra. I usually wear a 32 but was advised to go up a band size to account for swelling. If you’re getting 300cc I think a D would be best, you can always get a C and a D and your surgeon will chose which one to put on you and you can return the other! X

Thank you all lovely ladies. So helpful! Think I’ll get one Macom bra to start and one high impact m and s bra…like @DAISY said, I can always take it back if it doesn’t fit!

I would go for a D in the M&S High impact they are small fitting also i honestly think now after trawling this forum for months that the ladies who go to the max size implant they were offered do have the most swelling, i was an empty 34b and ive now bought 5 post op bras! 4 of them the M&S high impacts, i went right up to a 36F after surgery im now back down to a 34 E but im a 34D in their soft cup bra im 4 weeks post op xxx
