The surgeon ahould tell u roughly what cup size but u need a bigger back size for swelling x x

I was a 32b and had 460 unders and I fit in a 34f at 5 days post op. I bought a 34dd 34e and the 34f. The smaller sizes should come in handy when the swelling goes down. Your surgeon may want you to where a breastband for 2 weeks after so u may not need to take bras to the hospital. x
