What Size Sports Bra should i get ?

Hi Girls,

Im unsure what size sports bra I should get and what shops give the most support ? Im curently a 34a and im having 450cc (unders).

i was a 30A and had 460 overs so i bought 32E and a 34E i bought a 34 for the swelling then changed when the swelling went down to the 32 back xx

I was 34B and had 460 unders, I wore 34dd sports bras which were nice and snug (most are stretchy)..a DD or E cup would prob be fine. I used £4 Asda ones so cheap enough to change size if you need to xx

im 7 months post opp, and measure a 30F, add away hun xx
