What size sports bras to get?!

Hi girls hope you can help! I’m currently 5″3 57kg and I am 32A having 350cc HP round unders on 28th Sep, I’ve just ordered a small Macom but I’m struggling to know what size sports bras to order? I have no idea if I should go up a back size or stick to 32 and whether to order D/DD/E?? Just wondering if anyone had similar stats that could help, I know everyone’s different but just for some guidance? Thanks xx

I’m similar stats, was 32A and had 325/350cc. I got a Macom and 2 m&s sports bras , both m&s ones didn’t fit but I really liked the Macom and found it comfy so took the m&s ones back and ordered another Macom. I’m 16 days post op and just alternate between 2 different colour macoms, so much easier then u don’t have to worry about what size to get plus the Macom straps just look like a normal bra. I got a size small Macom which is 32 and it fits perfect x

Ahh thanks Lucy that’s great! I’ve ordered the ultimate Macom so I’ll order a signature one too saves messing round with all the different sizes and my nurse did actually say she recommends me just getting 2 macoms! How are you getting on? Xx

Hi Erin, I’m getting on absolutely fine I’m back to normal. Stopped taking painkillers on day 4, everything has been surprisingly easy with no issues. Wasn’t nice for the first couple of days but it’s worth going through that 100% , I haven’t had a day I don’t like them yet and they’re only gonna get better I think as they get softer and fluff ? Just honestly be calm and excited about it, u really shouldn’t worry it will all be fine x

Yeah i tbink so ? Mine is on the 21st. Whens yours? I ended up getting 2 Macoms and i got one from a local shop too she recommened an E when i told her what size i was now and what i’m having. Tryed it on and it fits great so I hope thats ok! ? xx

Aww that’s fab Lucy glad everything’s going well I’m sure they look amazing!! Let’s hope my recovery is the same! And Ino I’m just so excited at the min the nerves haven’t kicked in I just can’t wait I’ve wanted to get them done for so long just so happy it’s finally happening!! ☺️ Xx
