what size sports Bras?

I have my op on 21st Feb with dr Chantarasak, Im a 32A wanting to look a nice C, what size sports bras to a buy?,where is best to buy?

hey lulup i got mine from marks and spencer total support bras i brought a bigger back size then a bigger cup size to what i was going to be so id say a 34 dd maybe ask ure pc ;0

hi hun i was a very empty 34c but bin a sports bra prob a 34b/32c before but bought 34c/34d and had to go out today and buy 36c as i found the 34 was digging into my incisions and whether its because they are swollen i could prob do with 34d if im honest! i find the medium support bras from tesco are fab they say £6 but when u take to till they are only £4 so if u do keep changing sizes ur not loosing and wasting much money! i had 350cc low overs so hope this helps a little x

i was a 32a before my op, and had 380 unders, i put a 34dd sports bra on (the tesco 1’s mentioned above, which are comfy) and it was slightly to big in the cup, but i’m yet to fluff, im only two days post op, im still going to wear it, as after my band is off im sure they will have dropped and fluffed (only wore a bra because my cone boobs look stupid and i was out with the fella doing pub visits and no-one knows yet) xx

Thanks Girls everyone is so helpful, Is a Macom Bra prefered to a sports Bra?, also I guess the Band is to stop them moving up and keeps them where they are until scar tissue grows around them. Could you buy your own or should you only use if surgeon tells you.

Chest band is to hold them down in place, didn’t even bother with a macom I got the total support from m n s they have been superb and the sports bras from asda n tesco are just as good and cheap so u can have a few to wash n dry babe always go up a back size like I said earlier x x

Also babe if ure surgeon wants u to wear a band hell give it to u x

I have 2 macoms and I have to say they are very comfortable and really keeping me in shape – worth investing in!
