what size to go and procedure

Hi there im really wanting a breast inlargement. I used to have a good size 34d cup but since having my 2nd child and also loosing weight i have gone down into a small 34c.
I want to go quite big but not sure with my frame etc..im 8st…5ft2
Has anybody got any pics??
Would love to see some finished results
Also any one got much to say about the after care and scaring??

it was nothing honestly. i was so scared it was over and done with so quick and the care in the hospital is fantastic. i was home for 8 same day and went away for the weekend 2 days after. i was a 34b and had 410 undes so sohuld be about a34dd. xxx

i was admitted at 7.30am and went down at 10.30 and woke up at 12.25. i went on my own and was so scared. If your in doubt of sizes always go bigger. xx
